Pressure Washer Service Schedule

None of our service agreements are prepaid

  1. Specially trained Service Engineers will examine, test and adjust the machine in accordance with the number of services specified on the schedule attached.
  2. On a standard service visit, we check functions, adjust, clean or replace as appropriate : Items listed below
  • Check all electrical connections and cables.
  • Set up, test and run machine under normal conditions.
  • Check functions of all controls including autostop.
  • Drain and flush all waterways, check for leaks visually.
  • Clean filters in tanks.
  • Clean float valve tank.
  • Check operation of float valve.
  • Clean water filters.
  • Check water pump oil
  • Check operation of chemical valves, injectors and pick up valves.
  • Check pistons and cylinders if necessary.
  • Check valves and cups if necessary.
  • Check pulsation damper for leaks where applicable.
  • Check micro-switch on low water cut out and pressure switch cut out.
  • Check the water flow and set switch to required specification.
  • Check V belt tension and condition.
  • Check fuel pump.
  • Check and clean out or change fuel filter.
  • Check fuel systems for leaks.
  • Check burner nozzle and filter.
  • Check electrode condition and gap.
  • Check air/fuel mixture.
  • Check for HT across electrodes.
  • Check fuel tank for contamination.
  • Check operation of low level fuel cut out.
  • Check operation of RCD if fitted.
  • Check overall condition of machine, including wheels, handles etc.
  • Clean machine and spray with water repellent, if necessary.

General Conditions

  1. All works to be done in normal weekday working hours. All work carried out outside these hours at the customers request will be charged for additionally.
  2. Repairs to any parts damaged by frost, misuse, negligence or accident, however caused, will be charged for additionally.
  3. All consumable items and spare parts will be charged at current rates other than items accepted as warranty by the Service Manager.
  4. Access to the unit is to be made available at all reasonable times for the purpose of carrying out the services required.
  5. We reserve the right to alter the renewal premium payable, by reason of, and in proportion to any increases of wages or costs.
  6. We are fully insured for Employers liability and maintain a Public Liability Insurance Policy with substantial liability.
  7. This contract is subject to exemption from the effects of Act of God, fire, civil commotion, war, strikes or lockouts and claims of consequential loss or loss of profits however rising.
  8. Any faults found not covered by the standard service will be reported to customer and if required we will undertake the repair on a separate worksheet and inform customer before proceeding.
  9. Sur-Clean reserve the right not to carry out a scheduled service if the account is not kept up to date, this also releases us from any obligations, either intended or implied by the Service Agreement.
